About the Role:

Lara Health is looking to grow our sales team by bringing on 100% Remote Part Time/Full time contract SDR.

In this role you will be:
• expected to cold call on high quality target accounts. Numbers and emails will be provided, you will be calling leads that have been qualified.
• to make 50-75 outbound calls daily. Typical expected working hours will be from 10 AM EST to 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday (for Part Time)
• follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, ads and other digital outreach
• participate in client demoes, work with the sales team to sign-up new clients
• learn and grow into a sales role

Lara Health has just closed a collaboaration deal with a partner, promotoing us to their existing clients. This is a FANTASTIC opportunity to grow our client base while offering our SDRs an exciting opportunity to close deals fast.

Compensation is a mixture of a small base salary plus commission, bonuses, and equity. Part Time OTE is expected to be $31,000-$55,000 and Full Time to can be up to $85,000 OTE . This is a highly attainable OTE range, a higher income is absolutely possible. An SDR who is dedicated and puts in consistent effort will be first in line for an Account Executive role and equity. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to break into Healthcare Technology as a Career. Previous healthcare experience is NOT required; however, some knowledge of the US Healthcare System will be helpful. We pride ourselves with an excellent training program.
