A company is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to manage supplier relationships and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders and track order confirmations for timely fulfillment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy
• Manage reverse logistics processes and provide cross-functional support as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor relationship management
• Excellent understanding of lead times, logistics, and fulfillment processes
• Proficient with ERP systems and live inventory tracking
• Familiarity with out-of-stock workflows and fulfillment policies
• Advanced Excel skills for tracking performance and analyzing trends
