QA Automation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead - Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities and conduct automation testing to ensure software quality and reliability
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for functional and regression testing
• Design and maintain automation frameworks and mentor a team of QA engineers in best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java and React JS
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
