A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and resolve escalations
- Analyze customer feedback to recommend process improvements and enhance service delivery
- Provide regular performance updates to operations management and maintain communication with end users
Required Qualifications
- PMP and ITIL certifications
- U.S. citizenship status is required due to government contract
- Ability to work remotely
- Willingness to undergo a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation
