Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate to join their Quality Improvement Accreditation Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and support daily activities based on program goals
  • Identify optimization opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Support end-to-end implementations, including stakeholder coordination and progress tracking
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management or operational experience in health insurance
  • 3+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
  • 3+ years of stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of NCQA regulatory standards & guidelines
  • Experience with data systems (such as Periscope, Looker)
