Diagnostic Radiology Coding Specialist – Part Time
GeBBS is hiring and has an immediate need for a Diagnostic Radiology Coder. Position is working remotely from your home office, with semi flexible hours.

Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the Professional Fee Coding of Diagnostic Radiology. Availability should be Monday-Friday (Monday can be exchanged for Sunday and Friday for Saturday) and the team member must be available for training during the day on a week day. Must be able to commit to 15-20 hours per week. The client uses Centricity/RIS for Coding, if needed orders and records may be located in EPIC EMR. This position will confirm Computer Assisted coding and make any necessary edits to CPT/Modifier/ICD 10 coding if needed. The coding team must keep contracted turn around time at all times and productivity is closely monitored.
As per our contract, in order to remain in production coding, the coder must obtain a 98% or better.
Qualifications
• CPC or equivalent through the AAPC or AHIMA
• Must have at least 3 years of active radiology coding experience.
• CodeRyte and EPIC experience a plus
• Proficient in outpatient diagnosis coding guidelines
• Must complete a certain number of claims per pay period (varies based on project)
• Must maintain a 95% accuracy rate.
