Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience handling confidential and sensitive information
• 1+ years of experience collaborating with individuals at all organizational levels
• 1+ years of experience in conflict resolution
• 1+ years of experience in customer service with a focus on empathy
• High school diploma or GED
