Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
• Assist with basic office tasks, ensuring the front desk area is tidy and efficient.
• Provide bilingual support to accommodate a diverse client base.
Qualifications:
