Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment to fill in-market positions using diverse sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities
• Organize and track candidates for multiple client programs using Microsoft Excel

Required Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting and staffing
• Proficiency in various talent sourcing methods, including cold calling and Boolean searches
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Experience with relationship building and candidate engagement
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for tracking and organization
