A company is looking for an Executive Director, Regional Sales Director - East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain sales leaders and representatives, fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with 10+ years in sales leadership
• Proven success in leading product launches, preferably in nephrology or rare disease markets
• Demonstrated expertise in building high-performing sales teams
• In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales regulatory landscape
