Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with advisors, TPAs, and strategic partners to strengthen the brand
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets in new business revenue
• Participate in marketing initiatives and travel monthly to establish new advisor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of the retirement plan industry with at least 3 years in retirement plan sales
• Understanding of retirement plan design, retirement products, and investments
• Bachelor's Degree
• QPFC, QKA or equivalent designation (or willingness to attain within 18 months)
• Experience in an open-architecture environment is a plus
