Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify customer requirements and success metrics

• Design deployment strategies that integrate the platform with existing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales engineering or technology sales experience
• Ability to connect platform capabilities to customer pain points
• Experience partnering with Account Executives to accelerate deal cycles
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and deployment strategies
• Knowledge of public safety and security industry is a plus
