Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and internal policies
• Conduct field compliance assessments and support EHS incident investigations
• Review and update EHS standards and assemble regulatory documents related to oil and gas operations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in oil and gas compliance
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of oil and gas business and compliance processes
• Ability to develop relationships with regulatory agency personnel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
