Regulatory Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Regulatory Operations to join their Legal Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage required annual QHP filings with state regulators and CMS, ensuring regulatory approval
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as a subject matter expert for filing deliverables
• Develop sustainable processes for high-quality deliverables and manage projects to support filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of commensurate experience
• 4+ years of healthcare industry experience in the health plan/managed care space
• 2+ years of SERFF, HIOS, and/or MPMS experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
