Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Expert).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-charge bookkeeping for assigned clients, including transaction categorization and reconciliations
• Prepare and generate financial reports, invoices, and vendor payments
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and organization of financial documents and data

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
• Expert-level QuickBooks Online user; QBD experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of small business accounting workflows and best practices
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
