Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Case Manager Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with case managers and agencies to enroll new members and update accounts
• Answer incoming calls and communicate with agencies to ensure accurate information
• Manage client records and process tasks for accurate billing and service management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Zero or more years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks
• Entry-level customer service skills with a commitment to providing excellent service
