As a Remote Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon customers seeking assistance via chat. Your primary role will be to resolve customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat.
