Responsibilities
• Handle incoming live chats and respond quickly with accurate information
• Assist clients with questions about insurance licensing, processes, and documentation
• Use chat templates and personalize responses when appropriate
• Log interactions and case notes into the CRM system
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications
• Previous experience in live chat or online customer support preferred
• Strong written communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace and CRM tools
• Fast typing speed and attention to detail
• Calm and focused under pressure
