Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant who can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer business objectives and conduct meetings to ensure alignment
• Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage a book of business for renewals and upselling
• Engage in educational opportunities and collaborate with clients on industry updates and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Benefit Administration sales and client success
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits and web-based Benefit Technology
• Experience with employer groups of 10,000 lives or more
• GBA, CEBS, or PHR designations preferred
