Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Process order entries, verify order statuses, and handle return orders
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in continuous improvement projects
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
