Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Fitness department.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans while providing accurate information
• Demonstrates knowledge of fitness products and programs, and manages call follow-ups in a timely manner
• Coordinates necessary information collection and forwards documentation for further action as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
• Experience in healthcare preferred
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required
