Job Overview:
Barney’s Sweet Shop is looking for a Remote Customer Service/Help desk Analyst to join our team in Ashland City, TN. This position is available for both part-time and full-time hours. As a Customer Service/Help desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This role will require strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
– Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
– Assist with training new team members on customer service best practices
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service or help desk support
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
– High school diploma or equivalent
Salary Range: $28 to $40 per hour
