In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and patient support remotely, helping to maintain smooth communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary point of contact for patient queries through phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Coordinate and confirm online medical appointments

• Assist with processing prescription requests, specialist referrals, and appointment follow-ups
• Collaborate with medical professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Uphold patient privacy and ensure compliance with all relevant health regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in a medical administrative or support role (remote experience is a bonus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort using digital tools and familiarity with healthcare platforms (EMR/EHR experience is advantageous)
