Remote Live Chat Support

We’re seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers via live chat, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to inquiries, technical issues, and general supports needs.

Responsibilities;
– Respond to customer inquires via live chat, messaging platforms, and email.
– Troubleshoot issues and provide step by step solutions in a clear, friendly manner.
– Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Qualifications;
– Proven experience in customer service or a chat based support role.
– Excellent written communications skills with a keen attention to grammar and tone.
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if needed.
