Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary remote Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct patient consultations via phone or video conferencing to provide medication counseling and education
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and resolve medication-related issues

Required Qualifications:

• Active pharmacist licensure in good standing (PharmD or RPh)
• 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacist (clinical experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency with electronic health records and pharmacy management systems
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and secure phone service
