Remote RCM Quality Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Quality Performance Associate responsible for supporting MACRA and Dictation Feedback program initiatives within the revenue cycle management department.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage data to support strategic decisions and ensure data quality standards
• Build and maintain Smartsheets and automation for RCM Quality workflows
• Monitor MACRA and Dictation Feedback performance; create scorecards and review coder compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferred
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD 10 and CMS Quality Payment Program, preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), required
• Experience with Excel formula generation, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUPs, preferred
• Proficiency with Smartsheet software and SQL Server Management Studio, preferred
