Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong Webflow experience to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating visually stunning and functional websites with a strong focus on user experience. You will be responsible for designing and building web pages directly in Webflow, enhancing existing designs, and collaborating with our team to bring digital ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build responsive web pages in Webflow.
• Create clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Update and maintain existing Webflow sites based on project needs.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other team members to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Stay up to date on design trends and Webflow capabilities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience designing and developing websites in Webflow (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to support Webflow customization.
• Excellent communication, time management, and self-organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with animations and interactions in Webflow.
• Familiarity with CMS setup and dynamic content in Webflow.
• Previous experience in a remote or freelance setting.
