A company is looking for a Reporting and Analytics Specialist to deliver tailored reporting and analytics solutions to global hotel customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver critical data insights to hotels worldwide to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and develop custom reports and dashboards
• Oversee the testing and implementation of reporting solutions, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in a data-driven environment
• Experience with BI reporting tools and creating impactful reports
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, particularly Oracle Hospitality PMS Opera
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
