A company is looking for a Research Analyst to assist in creating commercial real estate appraisal reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compile data for commercial real estate appraisals, including local area analysis and comparable property information
• Prepare and format appraisal reports, ensuring data accuracy and managing client site profiles
• Track project work and assist appraisers with inquiries related to research and report data

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts (preferred)
