Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Analyst (Home-Based).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews and compile relevant data for evaluations
• Perform financial and program portfolio analysis and prepare analytical reports
• Design and manage stakeholder surveys, and synthesize evidence for evaluation products

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Social Sciences, Economics, or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with additional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in research or evaluation in international development
• Experience with data management systems and software such as Microsoft Office and NVivo
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset
