Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance internal processes, templates, and guidelines
• Manage relationships with cross-functional partners and support research planning and allocation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a project or program manager or UX Researcher
• Experience in establishing and leading programs end-to-end while scaling for growth
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating team meetings
• HS Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
