Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee operations and staff in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and ensures quality care for individuals served, promoting their well-being
• Conducts performance reviews, staff training, and ensures compliance with safety and health regulations
• Monitors staffing ratios, schedules, and financial documentation to maintain budgetary compliance

Required Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required
• Experience providing services to individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Working knowledge of relevant Federal, State, and local regulations
