Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Manager I/Resource Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage allocation and assignment of global resources for small departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address resource requirements
• Prepare metrics and reports on resourcing activities and escalate high-risk staffing situations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Resource Manager II: 3 years of resource management experience or equivalent
• Demonstrated prior experience in resource management within a CRO or similar industry
• Proven experience in negotiating and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
