Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Manager to oversee Global Resource Management activities across all technical practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and provide insights on resource capacity and project demand, delivering Management Information to senior leadership
• Manage a team of coordinators and collaborate with project and engineering managers to meet project resource needs
• Work with the Vendor Management team to address subcontracting requirements and enhance Resource Management processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Resource Management or Project Management
• Background in a Technical Professional Services Environment
• Analytical mindset with data analysis experience
• Familiarity with Resource Management or Project Management Software, preferably Financial Force
• Operational experience with enterprise software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
