Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from existing patients and assist with inquiries
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues as necessary to retain patients
• Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage their return

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years of experience in collections activities or customer service
• Experience in a high-volume, phone-based environment
• Prior remote work experience is required
