Revenue Cycle Account Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Account Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for Revenue Cycle operations, focusing on patient access and cash flow management
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues related to accounts receivable and cash flow
• Maximize patient experience and revenue by re-engineering revenue processes and improving patient satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable
• Health Care Certification (e.g., CHAM, CHAA, FHFMA) is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or health care finance/operations preferred
• Previous health care experience in revenue cycle operations and Patient Access preferred
• Experience with mentoring or coaching staff is preferred
