Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits and analysis to identify trends and prioritize performance improvement initiatives
• Manage a team of auditors, including hiring, training, and tracking audit outcomes
• Modify workflows and collaborate with other departments to enhance revenue cycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in medical billing and/or insurance collections, with 3 years in prior authorization and denial management
• Certification in coding or relevant coding management experience
• Experience in the Lab & Diagnostic industry is a plus
• Management experience is required
