Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Coordinator to assist with the daily operations of the revenue cycle team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage charge entry and resolve pending encounters while ensuring timely documentation
• Collaborate with providers to reconcile patient lists and perform monthly reconciliations of encounters
• Identify and report billing system issues and provide backup support as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of billing compliance, medical terminology, coding, and CPT codes
• Proficiency with health information systems and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
