Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Director to oversee various financial operations and improve revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing, referrals, prior authorization, and claims submission functions
• Develop and execute strategies to improve financial clearance accuracy and increase cash collections
• Lead and train department staff while ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of Patient Financial Services
• At least 5 years in a management position overseeing teams of 10 or more
• Proficiency in business software and experience with technology transition/implementation
• AdvancedMD EHR experience strongly preferred
