Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee functional areas related to Diabetic Shoes, Cranial Benefits & Authorizations, Document Requesting, and Billing Holds
• Collaborate with management on process improvements and review performance metrics to meet service level agreements
• Ensure exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution in collaboration with clinics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with 4-5 years of supervisory experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• Ability to create a positive work environment and motivate teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple functions and activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in fostering collaboration and driving process improvements
