A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operational processes to maximize reimbursement in revenue cycle management
• Drive accountability with technical and staffing vendors for eligibility, billing, and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and process improvements for revenue cycle tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in operations or vendor management
• Significant understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and common reimbursement issues
• Exposure to mental health and/or telehealth services
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape operational strategies
• Desire for a growth-oriented environment with high autonomy
