Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help align and optimize sales, marketing, and customer success efforts for sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the GTM leadership team
• Optimize sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency and revenue performance
• Implement and manage automation tools to streamline operations and ensure data integrity

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and GTM tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
• Experience in building and managing business intelligence reporting and dashboards
• Strong change agent with the ability to drive change across the organization
• Preferred familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry or vertical-specific SaaS
