Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize client relationships and drive revenue growth in the Media and Research sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize sales and retention strategies while managing scalable processes for opportunity management and renewals
  • Define and manage key performance indicators and develop dashboards to monitor revenue performance and insights
  • Oversee consolidated revenue reporting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with sales efforts and production timelines
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, preferably in media, publishing, research, or subscription-based businesses
  • Strong understanding of media sales cycles, research product lifecycles, and B2B subscription models
  • Experience in developing and managing KPIs across a multi-product, multi-channel revenue model
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
