Job Summary

A company is looking for an RPG Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and maintain in-house software applications using Websmart, RPG, and CL/CLLE on an IBM System i platform
• Collaborate with users and IT teams to develop technical specifications and assess the impact of proposed changes on applications and systems
• Troubleshoot application system errors and provide insights on new technologies that may impact the business

Required Qualifications

• High school degree preferred with a minimum of five years of RPG programming and development experience
• Expert knowledge of RPG and CL on the IBMi platform, including binding directories and service programs
• Proficiency in DB2 commands, SQL, and data-centric architecture
• Familiarity with Websmart, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and Bootstrap
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
