Rural Carrier Associate (RCA)

Responsibilities:
– Deliver mail and packages to rural areas using a company vehicle
– Sort and organize mail and packages for efficient delivery
– Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery
– Adhere to all safety regulations while operating company vehicles
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups

Skills:
– Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles
– Experience as a courier or in a similar delivery role is preferred
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
– Commercial driving experience is a plus
– Familiarity with tractor-trailers, box trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks is beneficial
– Ability to load and unload heavy items as needed
