Sales Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Analytics Manager to transform complex data into actionable insights and support the sales team's performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports benchmarking sales performance, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
• Assess pipeline generation efforts and provide insights into lead conversion rates and sales cycle trends
• Build and refine standardized reports and dashboards to ensure visibility into key sales metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in a GTM Operations or Finance role
• Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI solutions for developing reporting frameworks
• Advanced experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
• Experience leading reporting initiatives with a structured change management process
