Sales and Marketing Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Program Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for sales-related marketing requests and coordinate deliverables
• Develop and refine sales presentations, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging
• Oversee the organization and updates of SharePoint assets to maintain accessibility and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience as a marketing or sales coordinator or in a similar role
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Trello, SFDC, and HubSpot is a plus
• Ability to complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies
