Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Automation & Integration Specialist to lead the design and implementation of automation and integrations for their sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overhaul of sales workflows and tech stack, identifying inefficiencies and implementing tech-enabled solutions
• Design and deploy integrations across sales tools and automate key operations using APIs and scripting
• Build and maintain dashboards to track sales KPIs and provide actionable insights for optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Operations, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Technology with a focus on software integration
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
• Experience with API integrations and automation tools like Zapier or Make
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales or operations is a strong plus
