Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the Academy Live Program, delivering at least 10 enablement sessions per quarter
  • Review training session requests and evaluate topics for inclusion in Academy Live, ensuring alignment with executive priorities
  • Create and distribute summary reports after each session detailing attendance, feedback, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in program management for GTM or Sales Enablement
  • Proven experience in program management or a similar role, preferably in sales enablement or training
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across diverse teams and levels
  • Ability to analyze and report on training effectiveness using data
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools, such as Asana and Google Suite
