Sales Engineer for Apache Kafka

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer (Apache and Kafka).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate the value of products throughout the sales cycle
• Analyze client challenges and recommend improvements for data streaming processes
• Create technical content and assist in technical onboarding and support during trial phases

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company, ideally in the Apache Kafka space
• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts in the US
• Strong understanding of streaming or messaging systems and Linux operating systems
• Ability to qualify and execute proof-of-value activities and customer success engagement
